Avevo qualche dubbio nella scelta tra i “Cavallucci di Siena” e le “Cartellate”. Praticamente dovevo scegliere se rimanere in Puglia o spostarmi nella bella Toscana.
E la bella Toscana ha vinto.
Ma solo per una questione di tempo, eh…perchè quanto a bellezza sono stupende entrambe!
In questi giorni speciali, sono tante le cose che gli italiani portano sulle loro tavole.
Sguardi, panettoni, sorrisi, arrosti, e seadas… per non parlare di agnolotti, tortelli, pansoti e scrippelle…
Ma come non le conoscete?!? Bhè, nemmeno io ne sapevo l’esistenza prima di perdermi in una bellissima infografica che anche voi potete scaricare cliccando qui.
Un bellissimo ricettario natalizio che ci porta in giro per l’ Italia, regione per regione.
