Ieri è ufficialmente iniziato il periodo detox.
No carboidrati, tanti legumi, tanta frutta e litri a go go di acqua.
Aromatizzata, naturalmente.
Pompelmo, limone,zenzero, arancia e mirtilli.
Solo frutta, solo cose genuine.
Siate forti anche per me 🙂
