…quando dopo aver fatto riscaldare l’olio con le bucce di agrumi, ancora bollente lo si versa sulla fontanella fatta di farina – rigorosamente di due tipologie – e con la forchetta si inizia a fare quel movimento strano che sembra d’esser la fata turchina…
…e poi ci si sistema, si prende piena consapevolezza e ci si sporca le mani.
Eccome che ci si sporca le mani.
Per non parlare dei polsi, gli avambracci e la fronte.
Si, anche la fronte…
…e la farina, insieme con l’olio e qualche altro ingrediente segreto, prende forma.
La forma di panetto di cui io amo l’odore.
E ne amo l’odore perché se chiudo gli occhi immagino già ciò che sarà: stelle filanti, cuori e mezzelune .
